WASHINGTON STATE BAR COUNSEL OPPOSES WALLACE SPECIAL REINSTATEMENT TO PRACTICE

On January 19th, 2006, Washington State Bar General Counsel, Robert D. Weldon,
answered Wallace's petition for writ of Mandamus filed Dec 2, 2005 with the Washngton State Suprerme Court in Olympia, Washington.

The Bar's answer, as expected, argued for denial of special re-instatement. All arguments were
based upon current Bar rules which Wallace has stated are inflexible and inequitable under the present fact situation.

Wallace will reply to the answer and request oral argument before the court.

PRESS RELEASE

Date: January 18, 2006
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SUBJECT MATTER:

ON JANUARY 17th GEORGE W. BUSH AND DICK CHENEY WERE SERVED LONG DELAYED SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT

The lawsuit filed on January 14th 2005 in US District Court in Reno, Nevada by retired Washington State attorney Douglas A. Wallace was served upon the Defendants at the office of the Attorney General in Washington D. C.

The class action lawsuit seeks an injunction against the Defendants from further implementation of the Plan for the New American Century (PNAC) without a Constitutional 2/3 vote of the Congress and full education of the American public.
The lawsuit alleges the plan was the basis for deception behind the Iraq war.

The suit alleges that defendants acted in a conspiratorial manner among themselves in deceiving the Congress and the American public of the need to go to war with Iraq. Hence a private treaty among the conspirators to violate Constitutional restraints upon Bush and Cheney.

The delay in serving the defendants was the result of efforts to organize a support base among Americans to pay for the expenses of the lawsuit. Additionally, Wallace is currently seeking a re-instatement of his license to practice with the Washington State Supreme Court so that he may represent the class member plaintiffs.

In addition to the injunction Wallace seeks a ruling by the court that the conduct of the Defendants has been outside the scope of their official duties and that they are liable for damages to all persons injured as a result of the act of taking the country to war and for restitution to the Treasury of the expenditures for the war.

Wallace Files Petition with Washington State Supreme Court Asking For Re-instatement to Practice to Allow Him to Represent Class members in Lawsuit

On December 2nd, 2005 I filed a petition with the Washington State Supreme Court in Olympia Washington in the Temple of Justice asking for re-instatement to practice to give me legal authortiy to represent class members in the class action lawsuit against Bush, Cheney, et al.

I had discontinued paying bar dues in 2002 and was suspended from practice until I paid up bar dues with penalties. I had choosen that method instead of resigning as I could then ask for re-activation of my license to practice. At age 73, it was a hardship in retirement on Social Security to pay $400.00 annual Bar dues plus another $1200.00 for maintaining Continuing Legal Education (CLE). However I had a long term premonition as far back as law school and before that that I would need to do what I am now doing for America in fighting fascism rooting in the Administration.

In July of this year I requested the Bar to allow me re-instatement to practice for this one case only without further bar dues or CLE which was refused by the Bar. I was told to pay up $4,000.00 in dues and penalties plus meet outstanding CLE requirements for re-instatement.

Since I ask no attorneys fees in this lawsuit but only costs of the lawsuit, I feel it is unjust and inequitable for the Bar to not allow me to prosecute the lawsuit in defense of the Constitution which I have taken a solemn oath to defend against all enemies both domestic and foreign.

A copy of that petition is viewable on my website.

Help me to straighten up the fascist mess that our country is presently immersed in thanks to Bush, Cheney and their rogue companions.

Massive help needed

We are approaching 60 days since the Wallace V Bush lawsuit was filed.
Support for the cause is slow at this time.

I have stated to many that in order to initiate the prosecution of the lawsuit I need to have a reserve of $50,000.00 to be able counter the legal assault that is bound to come upon me by scores of government and corporate lawyers. I am not superman and I cannot withstand such
an onslaught. I will need to hire a team of attorneys to offset that anticipated attack. At the present time the lawsuit is on ice. I cannot proceed without support.

Every person who voted for or against the present administration needs to participate to remove and destroy the cancer that has come upon America, namely fascism.

Please help and get others to do the same. visit www.wallacevbushlawsuit.com for instructions.

PRESS RELEASE JANUARY 14, 2005
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SUBJECT: LAWSUIT FILED IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT IN RENO
AGAINST GEORGE W. BUSH AND RICHARD B.CHENEY

A lawsuit was filed today in the U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada against President Bush and Vice President Cheney. The lawsuit alleges that both defendants have acted outside the scope of their job description in waging a war against Iraq. The complaint alleges that both defendants and others working within the White House and Defense Department have covertly implemented a white paper called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” as presented by the Project for the New American Century or PNAC in September, 2000 two months before the murky elections of that year. Among the persons signing the paper were Richard Cheney and Jeb Bush. While the paper was published on the internet, implementation of it by the White House has been in secret.

The thrust of the white paper calls for the complete domination of the globe by the US with wars against Iraq, Syria, and Iran, domination of outer space and of Cyberspace. It calls for an enlarged military to fight simultaneous wars. Security bases world wide with extensive constabulary forces posted to keep all nations subservient to US military and economic power. It also calls for nuclear rockets to be fired from Spy satellites to suppress any challenge to US global domination.

The class action lawsuit filed by retired attorney and great-grandfather, Doug Wallace alleges that the defendants have violated their oaths of office in entering into a private treaty relating to International relations without approval of the Congress and have made a mockery of the Constitution under a false banner of a war on terrorism.
The lawsuit seeks an injunction against further implementation of the PNAC plan without a 2/3 vote of the congress and a full disclosure to the American Public. It also names John Does 1-100 as defendants. The suit seeks restitution to the US Treasury from all Defendants of the cost of the war with Iraq and also seeks a ruling that since the deception about the war and execution of it was outside of their job descriptions they should all be individually liable to private persons injured as a result of their illegal conduct.

Under the circumstances, a notice of support to the court would be appropriate
